Your crews are efficient, thorough and very polite when I talk to them. I appreciate the call I received as a follow up when your workers noticed some dry spots in different areas of the lawns. This tells me that you are a company that cares about your customers.

I was driving down Pyramid Hwy (which we all know is typically full of speeding drivers)…and one of your trucks (#15) was on the road! I am and was super impressed with the cautious and polite driving that was being done! All too often work vehicles leave a bad taste in our mouth’s with the rude and crazy driving so this was nice to see! Two thumbs up to this driver… Please tell him that I said so!!!!!

I would like to comment on the landscaping in the D’Andrea community.

There is a distinct improvement in the landscaping maintenance. The new landscaping maintenance company is really doing a great job. Everything is neat and clean and being watered properly. I noticed new plants and dead ones being replaced. Trees are being staked and tied properly.

On a whole, the community looks much nicer.

After issues with a previous landscaper, and a yard person who left after finishing only about half of a job he was paid for and I never saw him again, my yard needed a LOT of work. This group answered their phone (not a voice mail), had someone out almost immediately to winterize my sprinkler system and clean up my large yard, trim shrubs and trees, clean up leaves, and even clear my vegetable garden. I couldn’t believe what they got done in 2.5 hours at a very reasonable price. The people who did the work were clean, courteous, and conscientious. I spent a great deal of money for landscaping with another company shortly after moving here, and just wish I had found All Seasons and used them from the beginning.

I want to let you know what a fantastic job the crew did on the tree removal and clean-up of our yard!

After walking around outside this past week I noticed everything was trimmed and cleaned up so nicely, and they did a great job of removing the tree stumps and covering the trunk areas with rocks, etc.

Thank you so much for your quick thinking and efficient, effective action in response to my reporting to you of a Casitas resident’s unsightly dead stump located at the edge of her walkway.
I met with Dimas and he agreed that it could be a hazard for the resident and removed it immediately. At the same time, in the same area there was a small plant being crowded out which he transplanted to replace the dangerous many “pronged” stump. All in all, it was a rapid, productive job of aesthetic and worthwhile accomplishment.
